Some of my key strengths and accomplishments in IT and business are:

• Over 30 years in the Information Technology industry involved with everything ranging from simple to complex projects. An experienced IT 'generalist'.

• Through investigation and realignment, I was able to save approximately $15,000/yr on recurring charges through improperly configured Internet & Cloud software services.

• Created a departmental database that allowed for tracking various pieces of IT/POS equipment at any given company location, with reporting for executive needs.

• A user-level FAQ/Troubleshooting guide that allowed users, with little or no technical knowledge, to perform basic troubleshooting of their own computer equipment. Also, a weekly checklist of the current IT system availability in each store for store management was created. This combination led to a direct decrease in the number of IT Trouble Tickets being issued in my coverage area.

• Creation of several successful Internet/Intranet web sites for a wide range of clients. One of which was a departmental how-to web site for peer use. Another was taking a single page site for a Chamber of Commerce, and turning it into an information-rich multi-page portal for area businesses.

• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.
